MEGHAN CARAWAY

Account Supervisor | McCann

Meghan served as my manager and mentor during my time at McCann on the U.S. Army account. Since the very beginning, Meghan fostered an environment of  learning and accountability. She encouraged me to raise my hand not only to ask questions, but to advocate for myself to reach my goals both at my level and beyond. Meghan was my biggest cheerleader professionally and always pushed me to go the extra mile to make our clients and co-workers' lives easier. I emulated her attention to detail and tenacity to not stop until expectations were exceeded.

SAIGE SHARP

Creative | Hill Holliday

Saige served as my mentor during my digital strategy internship at Hill Holliday. From day one, Saige gave me the tools and resources needed to succeed at a large agency and encouraged me to network within the agency to make myself known. Once I was able to prove my capabilities to Saige, she treated me as a co-worker and peer, rather than an intern, by bringing me in on large agencies meetings and projects. She served as a wonderful sounding board as I worked on my independent internship long project; looking at VR and how it can improve sectors from an advertising perspective. Her guidance and mentoring was unparalleled.

AMY SHANLER

Professor | Boston University College of Communication

While at Boston University, Professor Shanler served as my professor in my introduction to public relations class as well as the professor that spearheaded PRLab- the country's first ever student run in house agency. Professor Shanler has served as a mentor both in and out of the classroom by being a strong and reliable sounding board for decisions both personal and professional.

STACY GODNICK

Dean | Boston University College of General Studies

As the Dean of General Studies, Dean Godnick both understood my quality of work as a student and the relationships I built with various professors. She quickly became an academic mentor of mine as I would call on her council for academic advise. After building a rapport with Dean Godnick, I would visit her office to discuss situations occurring in other aspects of academics as well as professional advice such as internships and life.
